Horizontal Elliptical Screen

This series of vibrating screens is the latest product developed by our company based on the original European technology. It has been re-designed and optimized after years of production practice of screening machinery. It features convenient installation, high screening efficiency, simple operation, reliable performance, low noise, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for most working conditions.

The new structure can be installed within a range of 0° - 5° horizontally, reducing the overall installation height by 50%; the adjustable inclination angle can better adapt to the screening of various materials.

It integrates the advantages of circular vibrating screens and linear vibrating screens, having both a large throughput and a high screening rate. For difficult-to-screen materials, the screening efficiency can be increased by about 25%.

The main shaft and bearing seat are made of high-quality alloy steel, and the unique dust-proof sealing design increases the service life by more than 30%. The swing block is set outside the exciter box, allowing the amplitude to be easily adjusted by changing the weight setting.

Resistant to erosion, wear and corrosion. All components are treated with sandblasting and painting for anti-corrosion, and all mating surfaces are treated with waterproof sealing to adapt to the harsh environment on site.
